Return and Exchange Policy

What's your return and exchange policy?

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges of regular merchandise. The time within which a return or exchange can be requested varies depending on the status of item below.

All product returns must be:

Unaltered in the original product packaging (for example: on original strand)

Accompanied by a copy of the original invoice

With original NAVICHIC label and packaging

Defective Products

We accept returns on website purchases within 30 days after delivery. All defective products can be returned for a refund or replacement, and we will cover the return shipping and tax fees. Customers are responsible for confirming the appropriate shipping method with the NAVICHIC service team.

Non-defective Products

Products that are not defective can be returned for refund or replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 7 days from the arrival date of shipment. The customer is responsible for any resulting return shipping charges and taxes.

Note: Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

 

How to Return Your Items

If you need to return something, please contact our customer service email sales@navichic.com to apply. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a detailed return address. We do not accept goods returned without passing the return or exchange application.

Return Process:

1). Please contact customer service at sales@navichic.com to get the "return form", fill out all the information and send it along with the return items, Otherwise your return will not be processed and you will not get your refund.

2). Wrap the package carefully. All return items must be in their original condition and packaging. Don’t pack different items together in one bag.

3). Declare the package as “Return Goods”, which will help you avoid customs fee.

4). Please use local mail post to arrange the return.

5). Please arrange the return of the package and offer us the tracking number and tracking website with 7 days after get the Return Authorization & designated warehouse from our customer service.

Please note: You must choose a shipping method with a package shipping tracking number for return, and we do not accept freight collect.

 

Refund Policy

Refund Method

When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at sales@navichic.com.

Refund Amount

Products in original, pristine condition is returnable for a full refund of the purchase price in the form of your original payment method.

 

Exchange Policy

Product exchanges can be accepted on NAVICHIC. The same product exchange will be priced at the same discount as the original order, and all other items will be priced as a new order. Order over-payments will be refunded to you.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge Restocking Fee.

Customs & Duties

Please kindly note that only goods value and shipping fee are included in the price you pay.

 

Sometimes you may pay some duties or tax on imported goods, which is charged by your local customs. The customs policy differs from country to country and even in different places of the same country. It is almost impossible for us to know all the updated customs practices and rules of every country. Thus, we cannot tell whether there will be tax or how much tax you need to pay in advance.
