2. What can I do when i can not make payment for my order through NAVICHIC?

By PayPal:

If you can not make payment through NAVICHIC website, please try to make the payment from PayPal website directly. Just submit a ticket or feel free to send email to [email protected] if you still have any problem. Our customer service representatives will deal with that as soon as possible.

By Credit Card:

We accept credit card via the third international payment service provider PingPong, which accept six types of credit card (Visa, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover) at present. So please confirm if your card is the type that PingPong accept firstly. 

Secondly, please make sure you have input the correct Card No, Expiration Date and Security Code.

If your card can not be used on our site, you can also pay by credit card through PayPal. Just follow the below steps:

Step 1: Login to the PayPal official website www.paypal.com;

Step 2: Click the tab "send money" at the top of homepage;

Step 3: In the "send money now" at the right side, please fill in all the information that is requested, and click "continue" button, then you will be taken to the page for filling your Credit or Debit Card information and finish the payment.
